Finn is workflow software. It is not legal, tax, investment or compliance advice. The compliance documents we provide are drafts for review by the firm's compliance consultant. The firm remains responsible for supervising its own use of AI under its compliance program, for reviewing and sending all client communications, and for the accuracy of its records.
The firm receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the kit for its own practice. Cynergy LLC retains ownership of the kit. Run records, documents filled in for the firm, and everything the agents produce in the firm's systems belong to the firm.
Finntec is not affiliated with Anthropic or with any CRM, email, meeting, scheduling, custodian or planning vendor. Those products are governed by their own terms, and their availability and behavior may change.
