To reply to your request, send next steps and a payment link, and, if you consented, call you about your request. Calls may use an AI voice assistant and may be recorded with notice at the start of the call. We do not sell your information.
Finn runs inside your firm's own Claude workspace using connections made under your firm's own logins. Finntec does not hold your firm's credentials or your clients' records. Run records are written to your firm's own file storage and CRM. Where our team performs setup or supervision, we access your workspace only under an account your firm controls and only for the agreed work.
We keep request-form details for as long as needed to respond and for our business records, and delete them on request. Email hello@finntec.ai to access, correct or delete your information.
